Quick Diet

Here are some quick diet breakfast options that'll start the day off right and get losing some weight within days. Diet is the most important meal there is. DON'T SCREW IT UP. If you're a busy person who has a hard time eating breakfast, maybe you should take the next 2 minutes to read this article and help yourself to lose weight quicker.

Quick Diet Breakfast Options

1. Protein shake with a banana

How long does it take to add 10 ounces of water, 5 ounces of milk, a chopped up banana, and 1 to 1.5 scoops of protein to a blender? About a minute and a half. Add another 30 seconds for blending it and 15 seconds pouring it into a glass. About 2 whole minutes.

What you got was a powerful breakfast right therefor your quick diet.

2. Protein shake using a low calorie yogurt, 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese, water, and 1 scoop of protein powder

Another quick diet. If you're pressed for time, use protein shakes. You can make them ahead of time even. Make them all at once and then put them in shaker bottles. Then put in the fridge. Bring them with you or leave them in the fridge until you're ready to drink them.

Don't use protein shakes as complete meal replacements. They aren't a complete meal so don't use them as such. Instead, use them as mini-meals that enhance your quick diet.

3. String cheese, yogurt, and an apple

This is ridiculous on how quick diet this is. You get some good protein and fiber from this. It's a small meal, but it's better than the alternative... skipping breakfast.

Look, these are just 3 quick diet breakfast options... use a little creativity and I'm sure you'll be able to come up with some on your own.
