Quick Fad Diets
Quick fad diets are usually low carb diets and high protein diets.These kind of diets are not for everyone because if you are a vegetarian you will find the food plan horrible.Okay there are some vegetarian low carb diets today but I do not think they are quick fad diets.More often than not you have to eat foods like chicken and seafood.Some people do not like this program and I think if you do not like beef then quick fad diets are not for you.I would suggest that you find another quick diet to lose weight like the mediteranean diet.
